岗位职责：
1. 现有客户维护，及现有用户消费潜力的二次开发；
2. 客户跟踪，了解客户使用状况，提高客户满意度；
3. 处理客户投诉，根据产品研发部技术支持解决客户问题；
4. 根据客户使用状况，评估产品，提交意见；
5. 客户资料整理，建立客户档案；
6. 根据仓库的出货清单，输入ERP系统，随时跟踪客户订单的交付情况；打印送货单并进行系统扣除、核对确认；

7. 负责公司ERP系统中客户资料的建立与维护。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，具有客户至上的服务意识；
2. 工作主动，善于沟通，责任心强，稳重踏实；
3. 具有较强的心理素质，能够承受一定的压力；
4. 熟悉ERP系统优先考虑。
