Title: Admin Coordinator (6 months temp)
Report to: Admin Supervisor
Objective: Coordinate office administrative management and office relocation project
Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
Coordinate and support Admin Supervisor in the following tasks:
? Office relocation project assistance
? Daily office administration coordinations
? Equipment maintenance and repair
? Current facility maintenance and repair
Requirements:
University graduate
Minimum 2- 3 years work experience in administrative relative
Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility and work coordination ability
Relevant experiences in office relocation is preferable
Fluent in writing and spoken English
