Footwear Merchandiser

Reports to Footwear Merchandising Manager

To work in a footwear merchandising team to support all commercial activities including sampling, production follow up, quality coordination, shipment follow-up, and liaison with buyers as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Orders Receiving , negotiate the cost and delivery with suppliers
• Production specs receiving and pass to suppliers. Samples ordering to suppliers, follow up the samples schedule and approvals
• Follow up bulk production schedule
  Coordinate with QC about the production inspection
• Follow up the shipment shipping on time and payment receiving
• Update in the system regarding the sampling /production/ shipment schedules.
• To escort business units in sourcing trips whenever required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College Degree or above with at least 3-4 years working experience (in a Leading Factory or Foreign Representative Buying office)
• Knowledge of footwear factories sourcing and product development
• Good in spoken and written English Communication
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills. Strong process orientation
• Responsible and responsive. Enjoys challenges and possesses "can do" spirit
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work under pressure.
