(一).职位描述

1. 销售以海运整箱进出口产品为主的货运服务；
2. 协助部门经理开发亚洲/非洲/拉美/中东/印巴/红海航线的代理与直客;
3. 海外客户，代理的沟通协调;客户投诉的处理;
4. 现有客户，代理关系的维护;
5. 代理指定业务的分派，客户服务的跟进;
6. 跟进海外客户，代理的询价报价，及时反馈信息，为客户提供优质服务;
7. 海外业务操作各个环节的监控;
8. 领导委派的其他任务.

(二).岗位要求
1. 本科以上学历，英语六级，能随时熟练地进行书面及口语沟通；
2. 从事外贸或物流相关行业海外客户开发三年以上，熟悉电子商务营销；
3. 客户服务意识强,有团队精神；沟通协调能力强；
4. 为人正直，负责任,性格开朗外向;
5. 熟悉货运进出口流程，有货运进出口操作经验优先;
6. 能接受公司外派.
