Job Responsibilities:

To help associate executives with different kinds of hands-on activities, such as translation, document preparation and processing, paper work handling, event organization, email drafting and etc.
To deploy all kinds of secretary activities with high quality.
To arrange and coordinate agenda, meeting, and travels.
To conduct some information search and initial investigations for different topics.

Requirements:

Excellent English proficiency in writing and reading.
Good skills in Chinese writing and English-to-Chinese or Chinese-to-English translation.
Abundant experience and strong ownership to deal with multiple tasks and projects.
Down-to-earth, result-driven, and good multi-task management and coordination skills.
Good at communication with different level of people, confident and friendly.
More than 5 years working experience in assistant or secretary function.
Good at Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint), skills in graphics editing is a plus.
Capability to search information and summarize report on a given topic or project.ills
