职位描述：
客服工程师，入职前，将安排为期一至两个月的专业培训。

主要职责：
1. 培训完成后，能够熟练运用公司产品，掌握产品机理与特性；
2. 培训完成后，能够专业地完成售前咨询及与客户的售后沟通；
3. 做好仪器管理与维修维护的工作。

特别要求：
*能适应全年50%出差时间的频率；
*身高要求：男：1.70米以上

需要的技能、经验和教育程度（重要性程度）：
1. 理工科专业专科及以上学历，机械专业优先考虑（高）；
2. 熟悉LCM、OLED及TOUCH PANEL产品（高）；
3. 显示器，电视机或其他相关电子产品两年以上工作经验（高）；
4. 良好的英语书写表达能力（中）；
5. 有很强的时间观念，独立性强，具有团队合作精神（高）

Job Description：

Skills & Education Reuqirment（Importance Degree）：

1.The science and engineering college or above, major in mechanical engineering is preferred（High）;
2. Familiar with LC, MOLED and TOUCH PANEL products（High）;

3. Display,digital TV or other related electronic product `s work experience（High）;
4. Good English verbal and written ability（Middle）;

5. strong time concept, independence is strong, and teamwork spirit（High）

Company mainly engaged in sales and technical support services of Signal Generator, Signal Distribution Buffer, LCM Tester, TP Evaluation Equipment and PCBA Auto Test System.

In October 2010, Company was authorized by Elp Corp. as the cooperative partner to provide various test equipment for OLED manufactories.

In November 2011, Company started active cooperation with GPO Korea and set foot in the middle and high-end of the door inside and outside digital image display.
