职位描述
Purpose of the Job
1. To support GM taking on all administrative work and to enable GM devoting more time to execute new China model and manage business Portfolio
2. To support GM managing specific project in China and assisting smooth implementation down to earth
Key Result Areas
Personal Assistant
1. Manage GM’s calendar, meeting schedule; correspondence checking and follow up;
2. Arrange business lunch/dinners, travel/accommodation, air tickets, airport pick up, invitation letter and visa, monthly expenses report, etc.
3. Documents filing;
4. Translation and interpretation on commercial documents or biz meetings;
5. Play as the contact point to liaise and communicate with customers (E.g. Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, publication houses and universities) to arrange senior executives’ visit to customers.
6. Prepare customer profile report for GM before the customer visit;
7. Coordinate internal/external meetings/visits. Provide logistic support for Group high level executives’ visit.
8. Other business or private issue as per required.
Administration Management
1. Take on administrative work for China daily management including checking MD's Email;
2. Take charge in organizing company activities such as annual kick-off meeting, team building activity, outing activities.
Business Support
1. Support GM on the annual budget planning, forecast and monitoring;
2. New customer/partner research and report;
3. Company brochure/white paper yearly updates (if required);
4. Marketing and PR events/conference preparation on venue/brochure, gifts, logistic support and vendor management;
5. Support GM build up and maintain smooth relationship with internal / external stakeholders.
Project Management
1. To support GM managing specific project in China and assisting smooth implementation down to earth.

? Detail oriented. Able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
? Able to work with initiative and minimum supervision.
? Good planning and organizational skills.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experiences (and any other requirements)
? Strong English language skills (written and oral).
? With good computer knowledge and good at Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, excel, PPT
? Bachelor Degree in Administration, secretary, management, English etc.
? More than 8 years relevant experience in international company.
