Job Summary: The Mobile Development Team Leader’s primary responsibility is to build, publish and continuously optimize the commercial iPhone and/or iPad, Android applications of Glamour Sales China to meet our rapid growing business needs.

Responsibility: -Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. -Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. -Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. -Supervisory on coding, systems analysis, design, and delivery of projects assigned. -Fully understanding the iOS/Android App in architecture level. -Coordinate project performance with other teams. -Provide good technical guidance to team members -Keep management informed of project progress and problems, particularly as to needed changes in schedule, resources, or product.
Requirements: -Minimum 3 years experience in iOS development. -Strong experience in building and publishing commercial iPhone and/or iPad, Android applications. -Experience with JSON, XML, JavaScript, and interfacing iPhone/iPad applications to server side API’s. -Solid commercial experience managing small to medium sized teams -Good experience with the relevant technologies & frameworks; eg. Java (Android SDK), Objective C, Xcode, Sencha Touch etc -Strong Objective C and Java programming ability. -Experience designing iPhone application frameworks.
