1.Job Description工作职责描述

A． Management &Evaluation of interpreters 翻译的管理和考评

1) Attend classes and give a weekly report to AD

听课，向AD做周报告

2) Work evaluation :set up and update evaluation system

工作评估：简历和更新评估系统

3) Give reasonable suggestions for interpreters (which interpreter ,which subject, which level ,which teacher) according to their work

根据翻译的工作状况，给出合理建议（什么翻译，什么科目，什么水平，什么老师）

4) Make sure interpreters are following rules and organize their work if no lessons.

确保翻译遵守规章制度，在翻译无课时，组织翻译工作

5) Be in charge of communication between the school and interpreters (regarding news, work …)

负责学院与翻译之间的沟通（如消息，工作…）

6)Improve team spirit among interpreters team.

提高翻译团队的团队精神

B． Training &Improvement of translation翻译培训和质量提高

1）Welcome and train new interpreters

迎接和训练新翻译

2）Work with FD and PMD coordinators to update the dictionary of technical words.

与FD 和PMD协调老师一起更新技术词汇字典

C．AS documents

1) Organize written translation for other services.

为其他部门的文件组织笔译事项

2) Exams translation

考试和练习翻译

3）Organize Programs translation

教纲翻译

D．Replace interpreter when on leave or quits.

有翻译离职或请假时，代做课堂翻译

E． Update the interpreters handbook

.更新翻译手册

2.Job Reuqirements工作要求

1 Bachelor degree,at least 3 years working experience in English and French Interpretation

本科学历，3年及以上英语和法语翻译工作经验

2.Good management ability and interpersonal ability

有一定管理能力和较强的人际沟通能力

3. Responsible, patient and compressive ability;
有责任心，耐心和较强的抗压能力
