Principal Accountabilities:
Manage, control and develop the East Region business operational capability, develop the channel strategy and distribution stratgey through the region and deploy it with solid action plan with the team for a fruitful result
Lead the East Region sales team to stretch the performance and achieve the sales goals and other KPI's, develop the people and organizational capability in East Region Sales Team
Identify and develop the diverse channels and approach new business opportunities in the region, Work with the marketing team to launch new products, execute marketing activies/programs, & uphold Delta brand in the region
Plan and implement effective sales/promotion programs according to the market situations in the region
Manage and develop an effective and productive sales team in the region through strong leadership,
Develop and manage the effective relationship network with multiple interface helpful and useful for developing our business
Nature & Scope:
Develop business plan with each of the distributors, and track their performance on regular base
Work with the sales team and related marketing team, and dealers to consistently improve the retail execution of
the showroom, improve the showroom productivity and entitlement
Manage the channel margin, manage the channel stock to ensure its remains at reasonable level, Work with sales operation and SC to work out sales forecasting, continuously improve its accuracy,
Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributors and customers complaints
Provide training and coaching to the Sales team
Work with NKA to enure the effective execution of the NKA projects in the region.
Key Qualifications:
Willing to stretch self and the team, willing to win...A team player with a bachelor degree in construction, ME, or business management preferred
Minimum 6 years of sales experience with 2 years at managerial position in multinational environment
Experiences in regional sales management (retail as well as project) preferred
Energetic with multi tasking capabilities.
Primary English capability and Mandarin
Strong presentable personality with good presentation skill
Better Qualifications:
Methodical and analytical by nature
Anticipative and proactive, with ability to think outside the box.
