Position Summary

Job Title: Accounting Supervisor - Sales

Working location: Shanghai, P.R. China

Reporting to: Finance Director

Key Responsibilities

1.Handle all accounting issues about Sales and AR, for example, rebate calculation, promotion approval, gross margin analysis, contract review, credit control, ect.
2.Take a main responsibility to create and adjust the system of Credit Control Administration.
3.Monitor the credit system and collection for customers of China Market.
4.Support Finance Director to develop the new credit policy and working process.
5.Decrease the DSO to meet company and Corporate's budget.
6.Sales analysis.
7.Understanding of credit management and ability to analyze creditworthiness of the customers.
8.Other ad hoc task from Finance Director

Requirements
1.Male or Female
2.Bachelor degree and graduated from Finance and Accounting major
3.Good sense of sales analysis and credit control
4.Business acumen
5. More than 8 years accounting experience and at least 3 years on sales accounting in a commercial company
6.Good performance on decreasing DSO for the company and good at collecting overdue
7.Good communication skill and negotiation skill, keep close contact with sales team and customers
8.Good English skills on spoken and written English
9.Integrity and good ethical conducts
10.Knowledge on SAP and U8 will be preferred
