Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
Verify the payment requests according to the company policies and process in a timelymanner
Payment approval in on-line bank
Identifying when an asset needs to be disposed of and posting the relevant journals
Review and post all accounting data entries, reconcile general ledger account
Cost of Sale reconciliations
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Actual vs. budget variance
Monthly Report including PRC reports and Group reports
Debtors Report
Cost calculate and analysis
Inter-company reconciliation
Foreign currency credit and loan investigation
Inter-company expense/cost charging reports
Organize assets/inventories check
Joint annual inspection
Annual clearance of Corporation Income Tax
Coordinate external/internal audit
SAFE transaction management
Liaising with the tax bureau, SAFE etc.
Assist finance manager to build a competent and motivated team
Undertake the other related jobs or projects based on the business needs
Requires:
College degree or above, Fluent in English Speaking
Around 8~10 years professional financial experiencesin multinational company, meanwhile must have 3yr+ cost accounting experience
Knowledge of ERP systems and office software, Kingdee preferred; holding driving licensepreferred
Team Player, good communication skills
