职位描述

Purpose of the position

To assist HR team for different functions such as training, recruitment, staffing, etc.


Key Tasks

Support day-to-day operations of the HR department to fulfill HR duties in related functions, including training, recruitment, staffing and HR related administration, etc.

  • Assist recruitment process such as candidate pre-screen, interview coordination, etc.
  • Support staff in & out process such as health check arrangement, onboarding documents preparation, p-file collection, data collection, etc.
  • To keep good record of all staff related matters and to prepare the necessary reports as required.
  • Assist other HR related administration work and variety ad hoc activities as required.
  • Manage and master the training database by HRIS for tracking activities & costs
  • Assist to implement a systematic process for training needs assessment with different functions
  • Consolidate the quarterly training and analysis summary report for management team’s review
  • Coordinate with the HR Business Partner and local ISPs on training organization, logistics and payment
  • Update the Learning & Development information on KWEB, and lead to create the updated L&D information to internal communication channels regularly
  • Assist to set up more learning channels
  • Manage e-learning rollout, translation and implementation
  • Involve other training activities depending on needs

Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

  • Experience in an international work environment.
  • Basic HR general knowledge in L&D, recruitment and staffing.

  • Timely and accurate research and reporting of results of analysis.

  • A trustworthy person of integrity.

Educational background / Work experience

  • Diploma degree or above.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR generalist experience.

Language skills

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (written & spoken) .

Computer Literacy

  • Proficient in MS Office
