招聘职位：总经理助理（GM Assistant）

工作地点：上海黄浦区

岗位职责 ：

• 协助总经理对公司运营与各部门进行管理、协调；
• 跟踪公司经营目标达成情况，提供分析意见及改进建议；
• 负责总经理工作指示的传达和执行情况的反馈，公司各部门工作信息的定期收集整理并上报；
• 及时跟进重点工作的开展情况，督促重点工作的完成，反馈各项工作的最终结果；
• 负责行政办公室各项综合事务管理，及时处理各类紧急事件；
• 其他总经理交办的工作。

任职条件：

• 擅于交际，沟通能力强，英语对话流利；
• 良好的组织、协调及领导能力，有较强的服务意识；
• 良好的判断决策能力和执行能力，能够独立解决突发紧急事件；
• 具备较强的语言表达和文字撰写能力，工作有条理，办事严谨、认真、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；
• 良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正。
• 本科以上学历，有1-2年以上工作经验；
• 熟练运用互联网及Microsoft Office办公软件。
