在项目经理/技术经理的支持下，对摩迪集团全球管理体系认证业务（认证项目主要包括QMS，EMS，OHS，FSMS等等）的内部运作进行协调和管理，具体职责如下：
1. 负责接受国内、国外客户的认证申请，根据有关认证规则以及摩迪集团的要求对申请信息进行评估，以确定是否可以接受客户的认证申请；
2. 负责根据认证规则，对拟派出执行管理体系审核的人员进行评估，判断其是否具备相关的审核能力和专业技术能力；
3. 负责根据认证规则以及客户申请认证的信息，评估每个管理体系审核所需要的时间以及适用的法律法规；
4. 负责根据认证规则，对认证审核组提交的书面审核记录和报告进行认证评估，判断有关信息是否完整，是否满足有关的认证要求，并识别可能存在认证风险；
5. 评估过程中，负责向客户和摩迪全球分支机构澄清和解释有关评估意见，必要时对有关认证规则、法律法规进行说明；
6. 应在规定的时间内，完成每项评估工作并及时向摩迪集团各分支机构进行反馈和澄清；及时向各分支机构提供有关认证规则的技术支持；
7. 通过摩迪全球数据库，对评估后的客户信息、审核信息、审核人员信息进行管理和监督；
8. 负责对认证后的证书有效性进行监督，及时与摩迪全球办公室进行协调并采取必要措施；
9. 对完成的评估工作以及摩迪全球各分支机构的认证业务表现进行总结和分析，并完成月度、季度工作报告，向项目经理汇报；
10. 协助项目经理接受有关国际、国内认可机构/监督机构的日常检查；
11. 协助项目经理完成对摩迪全球各分支机构审核人员的年度表现评估；
协助项目经理处理有关客户投诉；
12.环境工程/科学本科及以上学历
