Responsibilities:

1、To plan and develop promotional campaigns, which projects desirable and grand image for our shopping mall;

2、To coordinate with related tenants, sponsors, charity, media, etc on promotional campaigns arrangement and performance;

3、To control the expenses within the given budget effectively;

4、To follow up with vendors including design firms and productions firms etc in order to complete the task with the required quality and within timeline;

5、To collect customers’ and tenants’ feedback on promotional campaigns and activities and compile reports for senior management review;

6、To form and manage the Customer Service team;

7、To build and maintain good relationship and networking with clients and tenants;

8、To assist Superior on ad hoc assignments where needed.

Requirements:

1、Degree in Marketing or other relevant disciplines;

2、At least 8 years of marketing experience preferably retail or property related in multinational corporation;

3、Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT etc;

4、Ability to work under pressure and commit to finish assignments within deadline;

5、Digital marketing knowledge is highly preferred;

6、Strong communication skills;

7、Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
