Primary responsibilities:

¨ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve first level computer software and or hardware problems. These include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, and Office, MS Exchange, FileSite, Citrix, Internet access, remote connectivity, Cisco router, Cisco phone system and printing.
¨ Provide on-site technical support and customer service for all IT systems.
¨ Organise firm Video Conferences with clients and other remote offices.
¨ Ensure customer satisfaction by reviewing and performing follow-up actions regarding open and closed support tickets.
¨ Prevent loss of customer functionality by performing regular maintenance on workstations and servers.
¨ Assist in the design, development and maintenance of software applications and in-house programs on all computer platforms.
¨ Provide weekend and after hour phone support as required.
¨ Liaise with global IT and external vendors.
¨ Maintain all office equipment and facility smoothly running.




Requirements:
¨ Bachelor's degree in information technology or other related areas.
¨ 2+ years of relevant working experience in international company.
¨ Strong knowledge in networking, PC and problem solving skills.
¨ Ability to identify and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
¨ Aptitude for quickly learning and applying new technologies.
¨ Ability to work under pressure.
¨ Good written and oral English.
¨ Good team player.
¨ Proactive and motivated.
