职位描述
SUMMARY
Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activites of establishment by performing various duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the samples received and prepare the required documentations.
- Organize information from the buyer, customer or suppliers and enter data into Syteline.
- Manage and react to Suggested Purchase Order Report.
- Create and place a Purchase Order.
- Print past due Purchase Order Report and coordinate the logistics with the different suppliers based on the shipping window.
- Call vendors to follow up on Purchase Orders.
- Frequent contact with suppliers when problems arise and coordinate with QC and suppliers.
- Create new vendors in ERP system
- Filing of all related documents.
- Keep sample storge neat and inventory accurate.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform other duties as assigned based on company requirements.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read and write English.
- Good computer skills.
- Honest with high responsibility level.
- This position normally requires 2 years of related work experience.
