Candidate should preferably come from a city restaurant environment where mainly westerners are served.
Prepare reports: including staff control, cost control and sales Planning and coordinating menus.
Coordinating the entire operation
Respond to clients complaints without harming the company
Ensure that all employees follow to the company’s uniform standards
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;
Follow up on checkin stock levels and ordering of supplies
Supervise correct and accurate payments from customers
Help in any area of the site when circumstances dictate

Requirements:
Should have strong skills on meeting and greeting customers, as well as to listen to comments and act upon
The candidate should train and motivating staff on a weekly basis

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage is required with restaurant operations and customer services in a staff canteen/fast food/hospitality environment with 2 years solid experience.
Academic knowledge in Hotel & Catering Hospitality Management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Professional knowledge in health, safety and hygiene
Proficiency in cost and budgetary control
Good communication in English and Chinese
Knowledge in computer literate
