Responsibilities:
1. Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
2. Implements PM programs and procedures required to ensure Machines & Tooling. Standardize the PM activities, keeping PM task list to be updated after Emergency happened to avoid the repeat of failure.
3. Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
4. Conducts subordinators performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians & engineers. Monitor the personal skill and responding time for repairing, measure the MTTR and total down time.
5. Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
6. Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
7. Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems, apply visual management on the machines performance, ex. Downtime, MTBF (Mean time between failures).
8. Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment.
10. Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
11. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
12. Supervises plant maintenance personnel.
13. Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs, able to balance the maintenance with cost conception, and optimize the maintenance levels (I, II, III).
14. Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
15. Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
16. Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
17. Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

Qualification:
1.Five years experience preferably in Automotive parts or industrial manufacturing;
2. Experience with Plant Maintenance Management;
3. Able to setup the plant maintenance system, and keeping continuoue improvement;
4. Strong the practise on machines maintenance, and similar the PLC, PC semi/automatic controls, able to make the diagnosis on failure of machine quickly;
5. Strong skill on site problem solvings;
6. Able to coach the subordinators and to share the experiance on the maintenance and machines technology, also to promotion the TPM system impelement in plant;
7. Strong communication with other department and orignial suppliers, quick responding to the needs, and keeping always prepared on the emergence;
8. Able to set annual budget on the maintenance activities, and foecast the needs keeping machines available and predictive maintenance;excutive and control the daily based, weekly based, monthly based actvities results.
