Purpose of position:
Assist NPQ Manager to monitor new project and product & process change and smooth launch.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for new project and product & process change quality guarantee, assure new project and product & process change flawless launch.
2. Define quality plan (APQP) for new projects according to customer requirements, internal quality targets and lesson learnt.
3. Track/Monitor the quality status of new projects; follow up corrective action results from quality perspectives.
4. Attend projects milestone gate reviews, report critical quality concerns.
5. Responsible for preparing and finalizing PV plan with project team.
6. Responsible for communication with customer, PPAP submission and get approval from customer for new project development and product & process change,
7. Team member of DFMEA and PFMEA.
8. Make quality alarms to Program Managers, and to new project quality manager if necessary.
9. Develop/improve project Zero Defect Launch ideas and methodologies.
10. Other works assigned by new project quality manager

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering
2. 2-3 years project quality management or process quality control experience in auto components manufacturing industry.
3. Plenty of design and manufacturing engineering experience.
4. Familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP and ISO/TS16949.
5. Good English both in written and oral.

Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:
1. Good communication skills and team work style.

2. APQP, PPAP, SPC; MSA, FMEA, 8D,
3. Project management training
4. Product technology training (Calibration, ETB, AIM, ECU etc)
