Responsibilities:

- To finish monthly 1st & 2nd petty cash claims check, withdraw / distribution.

- To finish monthly 1st & 2nd petty cash details sheet and summary sheet in excel and GL uplaoding in SAP by monthly

- To finish monthly 1st & 2nd vendor payment application(except PO vendor)check,makes the accoutnting documents,run payment settlement in SAP.then bank pay these payment.

- To finish monthly bank reconciliation with relevant supporting document.

- To finish timely reconciliation of cash advance account.

Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree or above major in Accounting with professional accounting qualification

- 3-5 years manufacturing enterprise working experience is prefer.

- Good skill in reports preparation, Familiar with one of the major ERP system (SAP is highly preferred)

- Excellent English language,both verbal and written skills.

- be able to recommend and implement process improvements, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
