Purpose of position:
The incumbent will play a key role in the processes for ensuring that purchase products meet the quality standards consistent with Corporate, Division and Customers policies. More important He / She supports / initiates corrective and preventive actions to increase the Quality of our suppliers.

Responsibilities
? Formulate and expand organizational policies and operating procedures for Supplier Quality Management.
? Identify suppliers with Quality issues.
? Maintain superior Quality Suppliers level.
? Lead APQP process for purchase products.
? Identify and evaluate together with buyer the Quality and Finance status of advanced suppliers.
? Lead process & system audit for advanced and existing suppliers.
? Coach supplier development team.

Qualifications:
1. A University degree in engineering.
2. Proven and substantial Quality background within the automotive area.
3. 5 Years automotive experience and success in the Quality / Purchasing area, has pragmatic problem solving ability.
4. Familiar with and accepts working within an international orientated matrix organization.
5. Fluency in English.

1. Good communication and negotiation skill is required;
2. Persuasiveness.
3. Proven leadership skills.
4. Strong management and communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels within our client's company and the supplier organizations
