PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
(The main reason for the position, in what context and what is the overall end result)

· Responsible for carrying out financial modelling for acquisitions and development projects
· Supervise analyst in underwriting investments.
· Responsible for proposal and completion of real estate acquisitions (due diligence, investment proposals and documentation)
· Work with Finance Team on debt and equity raising exercises
· Assist in analysing performance at property level as well as at portfolio level using financial models
· Any other duties that the CIO or AVP may assign


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
(The knowledge, skills and attitudes required for satisfactory job performance)

Education
Candidates should have Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment or relevant discipline, preferably with MBA/CFA


Job related experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant real estate investment experience

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
1Knowledge of Finance and Real Estate
2Working knowledge of computers and PC software
