Basic Function:
The platforms are cross-functional teams responsible for the complete life cycle of its product line including development of new products and maintenance of current production. The teams include representatives of all functions of the company who participate in the different phases of new product introduction and management of current production.

The lead will develop the teams in all aspects of the CNH Global Product Development (GPD) process, the Current Product Management (CPM) process, foster the integration with CNH global PD and be the reference point for the implementation of the relevant CNH best practices.

The platforms will be supported by Product Engineering and Product Validation organizations under the responsibility of the GM.

Responsibilities:
The main accountabilities of the Platform Lead are:
Program targets achievement for Product Material Cost, Total Manufacturing Cost, GPD Milestones Timing and Quality KPI's
Development Process lead for both product and process, and resources management for the Platform Core Teams
Continuous Improvement according to the cost/quality targets
Program status tracking/reporting and Risk Management
Current Product Cost Tracking
Continuous Communication with Brand Product Marketing, central PD and regional leaders for all CNH functions. Liaison with Product Portfolio
Development of platform cross functional team culture and GPD methodologies both within PD and across all company functions
Requirements and qualifications:
Degree preferably Master, engineering degree not mandatory.
8+ years of experience including some of the following areas: product development, product management, sales & marketing, project management, purchasing, quality, manufacture.
Preferred experience in off-highway sector and international exposure.
Experience working in cross-functional role
Fluent English.
Available for international travel and working from home outside of normal office hours.
