Job description
工作职责：
· maintain customer system under good operation condition
维护客户系统在良好的状况下正常运行
· carry out daily maintenance work according plan
根据维护计划，实行每天的维护工作
· prepare basic training plan and provide training to customer service team
制定基本的培训计划并为客户服务团队提供相应培训
· Trouble shooting
故障排除
· Urgent service
提供紧急服务
· prepare maintenance and analysis report
提供维护分析报告
· provide presentational service to customer satisfaction
提高服务质量以增加客户满意度
Knowledge/experience:
知识要求及经验：
· Bachelor Degree or above, mechanical, logistic engineering background
本科或相等学历毕业，机械或者物流工程专业
· More than 2 years service engineer experience or similar,
2年以上售后服务工程师工作经验
· Familiar with automatic warehouse system
熟悉自动化仓库系统
· Strong Customer Communication capability
良好的客户沟通能力
· English Communication capability
良好的英语沟通能力
· willing to travel when required
能适应出差需求
· Team work spirit
有团队协作精神
