key responsibilites

1.Search, develop and filter the new source according to company's policy and procedure.

2.Drive the related department to qualify the supplier and support QA Dept. to audit AVL supplier.

3.Negotiate the agreement with supplier, such as NDA,price and liability of tooling

4.Analyse and compare the supplier capability,price and capacity, and set up supplier database accordingly.

5.Perform new project transfer and cost analysis,verify localized FA parts, and support the global sourcing group.Optimize the allocation and supplier resource.Coordinate the issues between suppliers and our company to guarantee on time delivery.

6.Reduct cost continuously to meet the customer and company needs.

requirments skills:

5+ years experience, semiconductor,medical equipment and solar industry preferred,engineering degree with good communication skills in both written and oral english.

be good at supplier develop and management,purchasing cost analyze,project management

familiar with mechanics,electronics drawing,sheetmeatal,machining parts,surface treatment and so on.
