Summary

Provide user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software and systems
Applies Labinal software and hardware standards in coordination with IT corporate
List in order of importance the essential functions of the job; describe what must be accomplished, not how it must be done; include quality and quantity standards.
Maintains and improves delivery systems availability, functionality, and performance for multiple systems.
Implement proactive actions and processes to maintain a high level of systems availability
Maintains Hardware and Software inventory and proposes improvements when required
Participates and Coordinate software and hardware evaluations
Administers user accounts and tokens
Investigates and resolves complex hardware, software, and network problems.
Serves as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, operating systems, as well as access and authorization to resources
Provides support for all system modifications and installations.
Applies appropriate security measures.
Meets 5S and Quality requirements and objectives
Other duties may be assigned.


Education and/or Experience

Associate's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent combination of work experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science (preferred)
1 years of Help Desk Support experience


Knowledge/Skills

Advanced experience in troubleshooting computer issues
Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
Working knowledge of CAD Software tools including patching and license management.
Working knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (Windows)
Ability to research and track purchasing of hardware and software
Proven ability to maintain an accurate hardware and software inventory with specific details on licensing needs
Remote access issues including authentication.
