职位描述
Key Responsibilities
Quality control
* Organize Pre-production meeting at factory level;
* Implement initial, in-line, final or re-inspection at factory level.
* 组织并参加在工厂举行的我司大货的产前会；
* 在工厂对我司大货做初期，中期，尾期以及重验检验。
Supplier management
* Follow up the improvement project from technical perspective raised by QA Manager on existing suppliers.
* Support QA manager on supplier continues improvement at factory level, including providing training to factory QC and merchandising team.
* 及时跟进由QA经理所提出的工厂质量体系整改方案，直到其成功建立并且顺利实施；
* 对于QA经理对于供应商及其工厂的不断改进计划提供支持，包括给予工厂QC和业务部门提供技术上的培训。
Others
* Support sourcing function including conducting initial visit in Southern China area; implementing technical follow up audit to potential suppliers.
* Support QA Manager on project
* 对于供应商和工厂的开发和使用提供支持，包括对于中国南方工厂的初次拜访接触以及对于有潜力成为我司合作对象工厂的技术跟进审核验厂；
* 任何由QA经理提出的关于技术和质量方面的工作。
Candidate Requirement
* 3-5 years working experience in bags(including Day bags, evening bags, wallet and weekender) QC, additional knowledge of QC in shoes area will be preference;
* Solid knowledge and implementation on AQL inspection standard;
* Good understanding of the quality requirements of Bags, Shoes and Garments. Able to make decision independently for quality controlling. Experience of Europe market will be preferable;
* Good command of English reading and writing; Can complete AQL inspection report timely and professionally;
* Good command of computer skill, especially Microsoft Office Application;
* Be able to make frequent business trip;
* High integrity is a must; Self-initiation;
* Good skill of communication and team work.
1． 3-5年各类箱包款式质量控制经验，款式包括日装包（ＰＵ包），晚装包，钱包以及旅行袋，同时有鞋子质量控制经验人员优先考虑；
2． 熟练掌握AQL验货标准；
3． 对出口箱包（鞋子）质量标准有较准确的理解，能在工作过程中独立地做出质量控制的决定。有处理过出口到欧洲市场产品经验者优先考虑；
4． 有较好的英语读写能力，可以独立地，专业地，及时地完成AQL验货报告；
5． 能熟练运用电脑，尤其是Office软件；
6． 可以适应独立地，经常性地出差工作；
7． 在出差过程中可以有意识的控制出差费用成本；
8． 愿意主动承担责任，对工作认真，热情；
9． 有较好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
