Residence Manager 酒店经理

II. Job Objective 职务要求

To ensure long-term residents and short-term guests satisfaction during their entire stay at CHAI Living, making their experience as enjoyable as possible.

确保所有长住或短期居住的客人在整个入住阶段感到舒适满意。

III. Duties and Responsibilities 责任和义务

1. Responsible for check-in and check-out of all long-term residents and short-term guests.

负责长住或短期居住客人的签到和退房手续

2. Accommodate all residents and guest’s requests during their stay: offer recommendations, assist with bookings, handle complaints.

满足所有客人居住期间需求；提供建议，帮助预订机票、出租车，处理投诉。

3. Supervise residences before a check in to ensure all standards.

客人入住前检查客房确保达到所有标准。

4. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.

与客房服务部和维修部密切配合。

5. Provide service to residents and guests from CHAI Living Lounge, supervising all F&B service.

为客房住客和灿咖啡厅顾客提供服务，监督餐饮服务质量。

6. Coordinate CHAI Living events for Residents and Guests.

协调灿生活为住客和客人举行的各项活动。

IV. Reporting Structure 汇报结构

Report directly to Operations Manager.

直接汇报给运营部经理

V. Candidate’s Profile 候选人资格

Bachelor degree of related major such as Hotel Administration, Tourism Management or other

酒店管理，旅游管理或其他相关专业本科学士

5 years or above working experience within the hospitality industry

5年或以上酒店行业工作经验

Chinese and Fluent English are essential, other languages such as Spanish or French are a plus

必须有熟练的中英文语言能力，其他语言如西班牙语或法语优先考虑

Experience in F&B is a plus

有餐饮业经验的优先考虑

Good knowledge of Shanghai lifestyle to provide good recommendations is a plus

熟悉上海本地生活，能提供各种生活便利建议的优先考虑

We offer: 我们提供

- A two (2) year contract with a two (2) months probation period.

- 两年工作合同其中两个月为试用期

- A six (6) days a week schedule from Tuesday to Sunday (rest on Mondays)

- 每周工作六天周二到周日(周一休息)

- We offer accommodation in the same Property (sabe time and transportation costs)

- 我们提供本大楼住宿(可节省时间和交通费)
