CIO (Corporate Information Office) CDL team was built in 2003, and now is one of strategic CIO business transformation development teams in WW. The team committed to build applications by leveraging leading-edge technology, products and services to yield innovation that matters. With 10 years' growth, now the team has 100+ regular employees, 20+ contractor resources and also gives functional directions to 80+ out-sourcing resources. While the majority team members are located in Beijing, CIO CDL team also has web developers in Ningbo and data developers in Xi'an. This team owns development ownership of several business critical applications of CIO, and is still growing its team size and senior positions per CIO global resource strategy.

CIO CDL team is under CDL (China Development Lab) umbrella. By taking advantage of CDL's strong technical background and culture, this team pursues to deliver CIO business solutions with higher quality, productivity in innovative way.

Responsibility

Clarify and understand business requirements

Design test scenario, develop test cases, understand test case, perform execution

Analyze test result, report problem, verify fixes, create test report

Design, implement and maintain automated test case scripts

Communicate and collaborate with development team and business team

Requirement Skills requirement:

Professional experience in software testing and automation development

Professional experience on Web application/GUI testing with test execution and defect reporting

Experienced on at least one kind of programming language, Java/Java Script/C/C++

Good knowledge of agile development life cycle and testing process

Knowledge of Automation Testing tool, like Rational Functional Test is a plus

Experience in mobile app testing is a strong plus

Good documentation skill is a plus

Globalization development knowledge & experience is a plus

Knowledge for Web Services & SOA is a plus

Personal Qualities:

Having passion for software testing, interested in web applications/web services testing

Good teamwork and communication skill

Willing to take responsibility

Self-motivated

Fast learning

Education background

Bachelor or above in Computer Science

Required
