1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
? Develop and implement the financial policies of the China branch within the policy

principles of the Geerlofs Group;
? Develop and implement an adequate administrative organization, financial management, monitoring financial data within a small organization;

?Maintaining the local accounts with a hands on approach;
? Ensuring a locking direction of the Geerlofs branch in China : Send solicited and unsolicited information to the Finance Manager of the Geerlofs Group on matters within the China branch, which in the opinion of the Local Accountant are outside the normal framework of the policy principles of the Group;
? Solicited and unsolicited information to the General manager on relevant developments in control and administrative matters. Support General manager in implementation of company's financial policies and ensure integrity of internal cost control system

Hierarchical and operational: General Manager
Functional: Finance Manager (Geerlofs Group)

3. MANAGING STAFF
At the Department of Administration & Control: approximately 1 employee (cashier)

4. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As responsible for the finance department to undertake all activities so that the objective goals of the job result in a successful outcome, by doing the following activities:

· Maintain Daily General Ledger, Monthly Closing and Account Reconciliation

· Sales Order/Purchase Order Processing , A/R and A/P settlement, staff reimbursement

· Provide the weekly and monthly cashflow, project cost and income reporting

· Responsible for the invoice opening and tax declaration

· Provide timely financial reports and analysis as requested

5. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
? Minimum 3 years experience in a control or administrative department within a self-creating industries of complex assembled products in a project environment.

? Verbal and written knowledge of the English language.

? A team-player, self-motivated, initiative and able to work under pressure

? Excellent MS Office skills, Good at ERP Software.

? all necessary actions in order to function properly fulfill within the authorization matrix of Geerlofs China.
