任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，项目管理、经济、金融投资等相关专业优先；

2、三年以上孵化器管理经验、教育文化产业优先；

3、熟悉政府相关创业政策和企业招商；

4、洞悉国内金融和科技政策、法规，在业界有较好的人脉；

5、具备出色的沟通、协调、谈判能力和服务意识
