JOB OBJECTIVES:

The quality control engineer, create quality working instruction, control plans, inspection plan, and standard. Responsible for product and process audit, initiate and follow up corrective action. Test equipment and QC Lab management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Quality control on receiving materials, in process products, finished products and shipment

2. Create quality working instruction, control plans, inspection plan, and standard.?

3. Initiate and follow up corrective and preventive action. Continues improvement of product and process quality.

4. On-site quality problem solving.

5. Work closely with Purchasing & Warehouse, Production and Engineering Departments for in time communication and support

6. Support QA to submit PPAP data

7. Monitor and Study process capability and work with production to improve it

8. Non-conformities management

9. Guide EHS, 5S and housekeeping of quality control laboratory.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. BS in Chemical Engineering or Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.

2. Familiar with quality management system ISO/TS 16949

3. Familiar with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP,FMEA, SPC and MSA.

4. Working at least 3 years as Quality Engineer, 2 years working experience in automobile industry.

5. Fluent in English. CET-6.

6. Familiar with Six Sigma
