Reporting to: Assistant Manager

JOB OBJECTIVES:
? Process design review of modified process or new product launch.
? Conducting lab trials and simulations for process improvement or new product launch.
? Data collection and project summary.
? Coordinate with production team for abnormal batch investigation and troubleshooting.
? Raw material evaluation.
? Other technology support for care chemical production.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Acting as chemical development expert for new product launch and process modification.
2. Plan and run lab trials for new product launch, process trouble shooting and process optimization projects etc.
3. Data collection, documentation and project summary.
4. Prepare BOM and manufacturing procedure for new product or modified proess.
5. Support production team with quality problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action follow up.
6. Provide raw material evaluation support.
7. Analyze needs for process improvements, address and follow up related actions
8. Provide technology support for other projects in plant.
9. Ensure the safe lab operation and follow up the EHS policy.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical engineering
2. min 3 years, 3 - 5 year preferred, A work experience in manufacturing plant is preferred.
3. Comprehensive chemistry and chemical engineering knowledge
Organic production or lab synthesis experience is preferred.
