职位描述
Sales development position in Guangzhou, mainly focus on Pressure Sensitive Industry in South China region to support the existing business as well as new business development:
1. Passion for delivering sales result as company expected.
2. Implement market strategy and tactics in assigned market/territory, effectively communicate market feedback to the team and bring more high value business to the company through effective cross function cross region/area collaboration.
3. Stay closely with customers, listen to customer voice, understand customer needs, identify gaps and work out solutions for satisfying customers meanwhile creating value for the company
4. Use customer relationship management (CRM) to capture all type of business opportunities as well as competition information, proactively develop and close new opportunities based on market strategy and industry knowledge by offering products and solutions.
Position Requirements:
1. Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in related field, have more than 3 years experience in a commercial function or equivalent
2. Good English skill and communication skill, be able to make communication with global team and across functions.
3. Delivering results: drives to achieve and demands top results, focuses on top line growth as well as profitability.
4. Delivering value to customers: delivers on customer commitments, uses dialogue to clearly understand customer needs and how to best service them
5. Understands basic material technology and customer application and process, possesses current knowledge of market trends, value chain, product life cycle product/ application/technology evolution as well as competition.
