成功的候选人需要：
· 针对业务流程和功能需求进行分析
· 参与系统设计文档的撰写
· 根据设计文档进行产品的开发和测试
· 解决测试环境中发现的问题
· 参与系统的实施和上线
· 对用户正在使用的产品环境进行维护
任职要求
学历：
· 计算机、经济、统计或相关专业本科及以上学历
必要条件：
· 1年以上相关工作经验
· 熟练掌握Java编辑语言，有扎实的编程功底，有Struts、Hibernate、Spring开发经验者
· 熟练掌握Servlet/JSP/Struts、html/xhtml/css等Web系统开发技术
· 熟练掌握数据库编程技术，如SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL, DB2数据库
· 熟悉UML，了解并掌握项目开发流程，熟悉软件工程的规范和运作流程
· 具备良好的文档撰写能力
加分条件：
· 有基于J2EE开发框架实施经验者优先
· 可以用英文进行书面、口头交流
