主要职责：

1. 负责游戏产品的用户招募；

2. 拓展本地媒体渠道，洽谈合作条款和商务模式；

3. 负责本地支付渠道的调研、洽谈和管理；

4. 与研发团队沟通，拟定和执行营销计划；

5. 根据KPI和用户反馈进行游戏的优化；

6. 进行运营成本分析，为决策提供依据；

7. 与研发团队沟通，提供本地化的需求；

8. 与产品、社区管理及客户支持团队负责人一起就产品的改进及未来开发方向进行沟通及信息整理、反馈；

9. 负责游戏本地化及QA把关。

任职要求：

1. 3年以上游戏公司网络营销、商务拓展或产品管理的经验；

2. 热爱游戏，了解中国游戏市场；

3. 出色的沟通和演讲能力；

4. 拥有以女性为目标用户的项目经验者优先考虑；

5. 熟悉欧洲马术文化，热爱马术运动者优先考虑；

6. 中英文熟练，能与海外团队顺利沟通。

Key Tasks:

1. Organize and supervise the paid acquisition.

2. Acquisition of local media partners and negotiation of contracts, business models.

3. Monetization: research, negotiation and supervision of integration of local payment means.

4. Planning and coordination of marketing operations such as promotions and special offers; in cooperation with external partners.

5. Optimization of the game by KPI analysis and community feedback.

6. Cost calculation for operations and preparation of proposals for decisions makers.

7. Request of country specific features with development team.

8. Coordination of internal information from and towards product, community management & customer support team leader regarding game updates and further developments.

9. Game localization proof-reading and QA.

Requirements:

1. 3 years in online marketing, business development or product management in a gaming company.

2. Passion for online games. Understand the Chinese games market.

3. Very good communicator. Have Experience in preparing presentations and concepts.

4. Experience with a female target audience.

5. Understanding of the European culture in relation to horse riding. Passion for horse riding is considered as an advantage.

6. Fluency in English and Chinese.
