Job Description: Assist Merchandising team to monitor the orders on a daily basis: 工作职责：协助跟单部门进行订单的跟踪：
o preparing the samples to be sent out; take care of the parcels to Orsay
准备需要寄出的样品，接收并妥善处理收到的样品
o organizing a filing system, which allow an easy access to the follow-up of the files
完善文件系统，保证能够快速地查阅到需要的文件
o follow-up of samples
跟踪样品
o preparation of inspection files for quality control
为质检部门准备查阅的资料
o input PO、SO
制作采购合同和销售合同
o issue G/L 签发放货通知。

Requirement: Good English skill, patient, responsible. Textile and/ or garment major is preferred.
要求：英文良好,仔细耐心，认真负责。如有服装纺织专业背景尤佳。
