1.优秀的英文口头书面能力和良好的语言表达能力；
2.大专以上学历，1年以上广告行业工作经验（AE），2年以上广告行业工作经验（SAE），4年以上广告行业工作经验（AM），具备较强的策略思考、执行能力及客户服务能力；
3.有较强的沟通能力，可独立完成客户谈判、日常客户沟通、供应商管理、项目小组工作统筹安排；
4.具有互联网整合营销、公共关系策划、微博营销、组织及项目管理能力且具有优秀的策划；
5.有4A公司从业经验者优先。

Job description :
1.Excellent written and verbal English and excellent communication skills;
2.College education or above required. 1 year or more of working experience in the advertising industry for AE. 3 years or more of working experience in the advertising industry for SAE. 5 years or more of working experience in the advertising industry for AM. You must have strong capabilities of project execution and client service.
3.With strong communication skills in order to deal with client negotiation, daily client maintenance, vendors management, internal team coordination, etc…
4.Capabilities in online & offline integrated marketing, PR, project planning and management.
5.4A Agency experience is a plus.
