a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
? Experience and knowledge in design of closures (doors, hood, trunk lid / tailgate, fuel filler flap) including sheet metal parts and components
? Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards, like ANPQP, PPAP…etc
? Supplier coordination and management
? Good skills in oral and written English, German is an add on, Chinese as mother tongue
? Team player with good organization and problem solving skills
? Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
? Bachelor - Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree in Automotive Engineering, Technician or relevant education, training, and/or work experience
? At least 3 years’ experience in car OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company
? Skilled to use CAD systems such as CATIA V5 and/or UNIGRAPHICS
? Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
? Supplier Management of purchase parts in China
? Control Suppliers and assure delivery of parts
? Connection of Development MUC to Suppliers CHN and production CHN
? Release and change Management
? Highlight, document and present production problems in CHN
? Data Management
? CatiaV5 (Measuring and Sectioning)
? All other tasks assigned by superior

Remarks:This position will go to Munchi for 2 or 3 months as training, one later to work in Shenyang for at least one year.
