Job description:
-Lead the supplier development activities.
-Establish improvement plans with suppliers and ensure all plans are completed in full and timely manner.
-Train suppliers to understand Getrag's quality standard, procedure and tools of lean to ensure the appropriate skills are used to improve performance.
-Conduct new supplier assessment and process audit.
-Lead for APQP/PPAP/safe launch activity for new project.
-Highly motivated and able to manage supplier team effectively to drive improvement.
-Ability to work with across functional team and communicate effectively.
-Take lead for problem solving for customer complaints.(8D)
-Travel is required.(50%)
-Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is essential.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar major.
-Min 5 years experience in MFG Quality area. Minimum 3-5 years of STA/SQE experience in automotive industry.
-Working knowledge of tools of continuous improvement (lean, six sigma)
-Have a good command of APQP,PPAP, MSA,capability study,8D.
-Good English ability.
-Dedicated work attitude and good team work.
-Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
