职位描述
任职资格：
女性，年龄20-35岁，身体健康、大专以上学历，美术设计类专业毕业。 从事平面设计工作2年以上，对颜色具有特别的敏感度。能够独立完成稿件的创意 、设计 、完稿工作。对于有装饰设计或花型设计工作经验者优先。（优秀毕业生亦可）
具备独到的眼光，能够结合市场和客户需求， 设计出商业与唯美结合的作品。具有现代感、追求流行的创意设计及意念，同时具备较强的美术功底和手绘基本功。
能熟练运用Photoshop、Illustrator、corelDRAW、3DMAX等相关平面设计软件和办公自动化。
具备突出的个人能力。工作细致有条理、认真负责、有韧性，有艺术气质和潜能；积极主动、性格开朗、讲求效率、乐于接受挑战。具有较强的学习新技术的能力，富有责任心，为人诚实。具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力。
Production Designer /Job description:
1. Flat pattern design of decorative products.
2. Finalization of production before printed.
3. Business advertising creative design，product sample brochure design.
4. To participate in related work of website construction.
5. Advertising copy writing work.
Qualifications:
No gender preference, 22-30 years of age. Good health. College degree or above, majored in graphic design. Engaged in graphic design work for more than two years, has a special sensitivity to color. Able to finish creativity of manuscript, design, finish work independently. For decoration design or pattern design work experience is preferred.
Has unique vision, designing a commercial and aesthetic union work combined with the market and customers’ needs. Has contemporary feeling, the pursuit of fashion design and creative thoughts, has a good knowledge of art and hand-painted basic skills at the same time.
Skilled in use of Photoshop, Illustrator, corelDRAW, 3Dmax and other related graphic design software and office automation.
With outstanding individual ability, work carefully, responsible, ductile, artistic and potential. Proactive, cheerful, efficiency, ready to accept the challenge. Has stronger learning new technology ability, sense of responsibility, honest with good team work spirit and communication.
