Our client is a leading automobile OEM company, a famous brand with long history.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for vehicle durability development, integration, CAE review and DVPR &testing management for China local program development
2. Responsible for China unique duty cycle and local schedule development& Correlation
3. China local program durability development, CAE planning and report review, test DVPR plan and Validation management
4. China duty cycle development, Customer survey, usage and data analysis for schedule development.
5. Global durability schedule correlation for China proving grounds
6. PG durability testing planning, coordination and management
7. Support Global duty cycle communization tasks, cross region communication and weekly meeting arrangement
8. Durability team daily management, program review, and issue solving

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
2. 7+ years’ experience in vehicle durability test & PG Data acquisition, Component or Vehicle Fatigue CAE analysis, PG schedule correlation
3. Experience of team management at least 2 years
4. Good understanding of durability theory, Durability CAE and Schedule correlation
5. Familiar with China's proving grounds and Public roads around China for durability/validation test
6. Deep knowledge of automotive component and vehicle systems
7. Experience with relevant software (i.e. nCodeGlyphWorks/NASTRAN/ABAQUS…etc.)
