DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and ensure that the internal control systems are in place for all business in China;
2. Review process flow, identify weakness and provide solutions to improve processes;
3. Actively involved in internal audit, external audit and associate preparation for all entities;
4. Lead the implementation of new accounting / control policy;
5. Monitor, track and standardize all reporting formats;
6. Assist with acquisition due diligence and integration on a required basis;
7. Reduce risk of fraud.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge:
1. Bachelor of Economics/Commerce/Accounting and a CPA or Chartered Accountant;
2. Hand on experiences on internal audit / control standard and SOX standard;
3. Strong analytical skills and good business sense;
4. Must have interests in understanding processes and controls, identifying controls weaknesses and providing value-added recommendations;
5. Working experience in multi - national companies preferred;
6. Minimum eight years working experience in finance / audit;

Skills and Attributes：
1. Sound integrity and highly autonomous;
2. Good leadership skills, team players and must be an effective communicator both verbally and in written;
3. Good adaptability to the changing and difficult environment;
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
