PURPOSE:
This is a development of technical application position within Flexco China, reporting to the Service Manager. The incumbent will work in China of diverse industries for technical support to partners, end users and sales team. Keep closed communication with company for product upgrade and trouble shooting. The position will strongly support the quick business expanding and new product sales growing by providing professional support to the market application.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
? Deeply understand our productive advantage and benefit;
? Provide suitable proposal to our local sales or project team;
? Provide our competitor productive information to our local sales team;
? Cooperate and support our sales team do some biding job;

GENERAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
? Provide technical support toward our sales force, especially some business and technical bidding project, should be provide proposal, technical clarify, quotation, presentation and others paper work; strong support our sales and project team;
? Pre-sell preparation, support sales team to communicate with customer's demands, introduces the solution. Co-ordinate & help the sales to grow the market share;
? Keep closed communication with our sales team for product upgrade and trouble shooting. After market solution, communicate with US for any new concern from customer which we can't solve from China service team.
? Analyse our main competitors production, support improve our sales market.
? Do some trouble shootings.
? Develop and optimize Belt Conveyor system , especially Mechanical Fastener, Lagging, Impact Bed, Cleaners and so on.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Personal Specifications:
? Advanced inter-personal, negotiation and planning skills
? Understand the importance of application
? Highly self motivated
? Self directing
? Team player
? Analyse and evaluate information logically and draw insightful conclusions
? Exhibit Poise
? Free to travel - often

Demonstrated Skills:
? Minimum College or equivalent or above; major in mechanical engineering or related;
? Work as Application engineer in heavy duty conveyor belt experience at least 5 years; target mining, coal, power, steel, and port and cement industries and so on .
? Develop and optimize Belt Conveyor system, for example Mechanical Fastener, Lagging, Impact Bed, Cleaners and so on.
? Provide technical support toward sales force, especially in some big biding project, should be provide proposal, technical clarify, quotation, presentation and others paper work; strong support our sales and project team;
? Co-ordinate & help the sales to grow the market share;
? Written and Oral language skills vital - English, Chinese
? High degree of PC and others literacy very important
? Good Presentation and Training skills
