知名豪华品牌整车公司在上海的新研发中心
Key Objectives:
Technical lead for research and implement automation functions.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Directly responsible for a research team on highly automated driving. Indirect responsible for overall technical project management of large team distributed over several locations.
2. Transfer of research results to Munich.
3. Technical cooperation with external partner.
4. Close cooperation with research teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Munich involving several departments.
5. Active communication to Munich and Aligment with activities in Munich. Using safety oriented development and process.
6. Define, design and implement safe states and degradation concepts for advanced driver assistance and automation functions in China specific environments.
7. Driving and testing prototype cars.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
1. Master degree in Engineering with background in robotics.
2. Alternatively major in Computer Science, Electrical/electronic Engineering with specialization in robotics
Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
1. Very strong project management skills and proven leadership experience for larger international team covering several locations.
2. Strong network in the scientific community regarding robotics.
3. Out of the box thinking. Vision regarding the application of new technologies.
4. Strong customer orientation.
5. Good knowledge about car architectures and prototyping of research functions.
6. English reading / writing / communication Strong-willed with strong implementation skills.
7. Strong negotiation skills.
8. Capability of implementing projects with limited resources and creative solutions.
9. Experience with workshops building or maintaining research vehicles.
10. Driver license
Experience:
1. Industry or university experience working in robotics or driver assistance systems with proven leadership experience.
