DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Application Support, you will be responsible for supporting security trading systems. The tasks include:

1. Manage and monitor alerts of critical trading systems

2. Escalate system incidents and communicate immediate actions to relevant teams according to support procedures

3. Investigate and follow up the incidents and provide short/mid/long term solutions

4. Support Project Manager for technical solution

5. Perform QA and support the company for the system changes

6. Prepare system roll out plan and implement the changes into production

7. Create and maintain automatic reports to business by scripts



EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. University degree from Information Technology or related majors

2. Minimum 3 years working experiences in financial industry

3. Experience or knowledge of cash equity business is must

4. Experience or knowledge of China A-shares, index future, Stock Borrow and Loan is highly preferred

5. Working experience with investment bank or vendor of local broker is highly preferred

6. Must have working experience in Linux/Unix-like platform

7. Must be familiar with mainstream database, like Oracle or SQL Server etc.

8. Strong skill in Shell/Perl scripting or Excel VBA is preferred

9. Prefer to have programming background in one of the following languages, C++, Java, or C#

10. Knowledge with FIX protocol is preferred

11. Good communication skill is English is preferred

Other Comments:

1. Either strong English communication skills with IT background or China A-shares experience with IT background.
