岗位描述：

为向客户提供增值设计服务，帮助客户设计开发成功，满足公司关于 wafer 测试的市场销售和测试生产的需要：

In order to provide value-added services to our customers, help customers to design and develop successfully, fulfill the company’s requirement for about wafer testing marketing sales and testing mass production:

( 1 ) 在上级主管的业务分配下，独立完成复杂测试系统的开发。

Complete the complex testing system development independently in business under the assigned by the superior.

( 2 ) 对测试系统有较好的理解，并能够根据实际的需要进行局部改造和维护。

Better understanding of testing system, and be able to transform it partly and maintain the system according to the actually demand.

( 3 ) 优化测试系统，提高效率，满足客户产品的测试生产需求，达成部门管理目标。

Optimize the testing system, boost the testing efficiency, fulfil the testing production requirement of customer product and achieve department management target.

( 4 ) 合理利用现有人力资源和测试资源 ， 测试评价重点受托产品的电学特性 ， 并采集整理测试数据，制作完善的分析评价报告。

Reasonably utilize the human source and testing resource,evaluate electricity characteristics of key product, collect and summarize the testing data, Make impeccable analysis evaluation report.

岗位要求：

1. 行业年资要求：6年。

Industry seniority requirement:6 years or above.

2. 教育专业要求：微电子/半导体物理与器件或相关专业。

Education and major requirement: micro-electronics/ semiconductor physics and device or related major.

3. 学历要求：大学本科以上。

Education background: Bachelor degree or above.

4. 语言要求：英语听、说、读、写能力良好。

Language requirement:good ability of listening, speaking ,reading and writing in English.

5. 熟知CMOS MEMORY集成电路设计 、应用、测试相关知识，熟练掌握C、C++等。

Be familiar with design of CMOS MEMORY IC、application、testing related knowledge，Master C、C++ etc..

6. 良好的项目管理能力。

Good ability of project management.

7. 良好的交流能力 、表达能力 ，项目规划管理能力.

Good communication skills、presentation skill、project planning and management ability.

8. 良好的团队合作和领导精神.

good team work spirit and leadership

9. 良好的部门间协作沟通技巧。

Good communication and cooperation skills between department.

10. 熟悉Advantest T2000/T5/T6机台或其他测试仪。

Be familiar with Advantest T2000/T5/T6 testers and other testers.
