Responsibilities:
-To ensure the proper implementation of company car fleet operation procedures and processes including the procurement, operation, repair & maintenance, disposal of all company vehicles according to company procedures & guidelines and local regulations.
-Coordination and controlling of general planning for company car fleet budget, stock management and disposal planning, etc. Supervise the car fleet management work forces in Shenyang, incl. regular staff and contractors.
-Company car fleet resources utilization/efficiency management, and car cycle monitoring
-Initiates and implements company car programs e.g. employees test drive.
-Administration of company car fleet in Shenyang such as vehicle procurement, documentation, repair & maintenance etc.
-Company car database and reporting system.
-Regular communication to internal departments and external partner e.g. dealers, Vehicle Administrative Office etc.
-Traffic regulations (e.g. date restrictions) updating, communication t- car users, and local governmental authorities like traffic stations etc.
-Company driver training and performance management.
-Additional tasks defined by line manager

Qualifications:
-Bachelor in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
-A good background in multinational company and at least 3 years experience in logistics and/or fleet administration with extensive knowledge of the professional and technical standards, or for the procurement, operation, and maintenance of a fleet of vehicles
-Knowledge of principles and practices of management, budgeting, and cost control, of automotive repair workshop management, of safety regulations, etc.
-Professional manner with international experience. Strong communications skill, analytical thinking with planning and project management capability required.
-High integrity and compliance to policy and procedure. Proactive and self-motivated. Ability to develop, implement and follow through on action plans to achieve pre-established objectives
-Hands-on implementation experience/responsibility with proven record
-Very good IT-knowledge (e.g. MS Office, SAP).
-Chinese native with English business fluent (both oral and writing)
